1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Dispute Resolution

3. Arbitration: Should mediation fail, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator’s award shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

All arbitration proceedings shall be held in the United States, and the governing law shall be the substantive law of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees, except that the prevailing party may be awarded reasonable attorney’s fees and costs as determined by the arbitrator.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

8. Termination
